Usability Evaluation

This evaluation was developed and built up across multiple weeks as part of my End-Semester Exam Project. The video shows the usability evaluation I did on the Harvey Norman Website. The moderator read through the script, and instructions to the participant. Participant was then given a set of tasks to complete, with minimal intervention or help from the moderator. This allowed for usability evaluation of the Open Trolley Website.
