InvestHK 2025

Project Brief:

Innovate 360 co-organized an Exclusive Roundtable Event with InvestHK and Feed 9 Billion, bringing together invited industry guests and startup founders from our ecosystem. The private industry session aimed to strengthen collaboration between Singapore and Hong Kong’s Agri-Food Tech sectors.

The event introduced Singapore-based Agri-Food startups to market insights, funding pathways, and ecosystem opportunities across Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area (GBA). It brought together founders, ecosystem partners, and government-linked representatives to explore cross-border opportunities, discuss market entry strategies, and build bilateral connections within the foodtech and agritech sectors.

My Role and Contributions:

Visual Design:

• Designed the official EDM invitation for the event
• Structured programme details, speaker information, and venue details in a readable format

Venue Support:

• Assisted with venue and technical setup including seats, event banners, projector and Zoom session for virtual speakers
• Managed guest registration using a prepared sign-in sheet and collected name cards
• Provided basic hospitality support for guests during the event
