Innovate 360 is Singapore’s first food accelerator, established in 2018 to support startups in the agri-food and food technology sector. The accelerator provides shared facilities, mentorship, and access to industry networks to help early-stage companies develop, test, and scale their products.

Through its programmes, events, and ecosystem partnerships, Innovate 360 connects startups with corporate partners, investors, and industry organisations, supporting collaboration and growth within the regional agri-food tech ecosystem.

I completed a 9-month internship with Innovate 360, where I was initially brought on to support visual design and communications work. Over time, I also took on opportunities beyond design, becoming involved in programme coordination, partner and startup coordination, and event support across various industry programmes and ecosystem events.

Through this experience, I expanded my skill set by contributing to different aspects of programme execution, including workshops, competitions, and industry events. This allowed me to gain broader exposure to the startup ecosystem while working closely with founders, partners, and programme teams involved in Innovate 360’s initiatives.
