GMEP 2025

Project Brief:

The Global Market Expansion Programme (GMEP) is a multi-country market access programme supporting Korean agri-food tech startups in expanding beyond their domestic market. The programme is co-organised by Innovate 360 in partnership with the Korean government, including the Korea Agriculture Technology Promotion Agency (KOAT) and the Korea Institute of Startup & Entrepreneurship Development (KISED).

Startups participate in programme phases across Korea, Singapore, Thailand, and the Netherlands to gain exposure to different market ecosystems and expansion opportunities. The programme connects them with investors, corporate partners, government agencies, and ecosystem organisations through workshops, meetings, and ecosystem visits

My Role and Contributions:

Participant Coordination: 

• Followed up with invited speakers and ecosystem partners to confirm participation and session details 

• Sent reminders ahead of scheduled programme sessions and site visits 

• Served as a contact point for participating startups and responded to their enquiries 

Programme & Workshop Execution: 

• Supported the coordination and day-to-day running of programme workshops and sessions 

• Managed workshop attendance tracking for participating startups 

• Updated the programme schedule to ensure session timings, locations, and links were accurate and understandable

Documentation:

• Photographed workshops and programme activities for documentation and reporting 

• Designed startup logo poster used during programme activities in the Netherlands phase
