AFTWC 2025

Project Brief:

Innovate 360 co-organised the Agri-Food Tech World Championship (AFTWC) with Constellar, hosted at the Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre as part of Agri-Food Tech Expo Asia (AFTEA). The event is a live pitching championship where startups present their innovations on stage to a panel of judges and invited investors.

Designed to spotlight breakthrough innovations in the agri-food tech sector, the competition features startup pitch battles, judging panel evaluations, and real-time investor pledging. The stage-run programme, hosted by an MC, attracted invited ecosystem partners alongside visitors attending AFTEA.

My Role and Contributions:

Script Editing:

• Edited and updated the official MC script in real time to reflect programme changes, scheduling adjustments, and updated judge introductions

Logistics & Preparation:

• Prepared the round cards used in pitch battles 

• Assisted in pre-event rehearsals at Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre 

• Coordinated with startups and speakers to remind them of their upcoming segments and ensure timely arrival

Stage Referee Duties

• Acted as referee during investor pledging

• Went on stage to raise the winning startup’s hand following judge scoring or investor pledge
